Anupama Shenoy is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI), and a Commerce graduate (B.com) from the Bangalore University.
She holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and a Member of Insurance Institute of India. She takes active part in assisting the clients in the areas of direct taxation – (Compliance, advisory and litigation), and assurance services with specialization in co-operative society bank audit.
Prior to founding ASJC & Co, she has held leadership role – leading Direct tax division. She has vast knowledge and considerable experience in tax advisory, compliance, tax litigation and tax management. She has worked with clientele across various sectors including Manufacturing, Banking, IT/ITeS,, etc.
Praveen is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a Business Management graduate (BBM) from the Kuvempu University.
He takes active part in assisting the clients in the areas of indirect taxation, audit and assurance services with specialization in co-operative society and trust audits, secretarial compliance and Management Support Services. He has vast knowledge and opulent experience in advising client with respect to setting up of business and provides end to end services including advisory, incorporations, registrations and rolling out of initial policies and procedures.
He is known for providing simple and holistic solutions addressing business, commercial, tax and regulatory requirements. Having worked with big4 consulting firm (KPMG), he brings in optimum business process solution with respect to accounting and compliances under various statues.
Kiran is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a Commerce graduate (B.com) from the Bangalore University.
He has rich experience in the areas of Corporate taxation, International taxation, transfer pricing, and corporate outsourcing. Having worked with 2 of Big4 consulting firms (KPMG and Deloitte), he brings in knowledge and expertise which enables the organization to deliver out of box solutions. During his stint at Big4s, Kiran has advised multinational corporations and Indian corporates in the areas of domestic and treaty taxation - compliance as well as advisory, inbound and outbound foreign direct investment advisory, tax due diligence reviews, corporate income-tax compliance and representation, regulatory assistance.
He has handled complex tax matters of individuals, HNIs, Family managed business, multi-national corporations. Also, he was instrumental in building the ASJC & Co’s methodologies and processes. He has worked with clientele across sectors including Startups, Manufacturing, Automobile, IT/ITeS, and Healthcare etc.
